Her smile is hard to see

Because of all the tears she’s cried

Her heart is to fragile to be exposed

Because of all the scars its trying to mend

Her laughter is rare to hear

Because she’s used to shouting for someone that can save her

She keeps silent in the background

Not wanting to being seen, as she will have to put on another mask of braviory

She stands still in the silent,

As her inner voice she lost it,

She lost it because she’s been screaming inside as she is slowly dying

Her heart, her heart is afraid to being exposed

Because its still mending itself, trying to take out all the pieces of broken glass that was used to stab it and cut it

Words, words hurt as after they’ve been said they eco in the background like her laughter

She tries not to expose her true face

Thats why she keeps wearing a mask

Everyday she exposes herself to people that swore to protect her but end up using her heart like a welcome mat

Her smile is hard to see

Because of all the tears she’s cried

Her heart is to fragile to be exposed

Because of all the scars its trying to mend

She has a beautiful smile because she’s cried alot

She always cries herself to sleep

But nobody knows because,

Whenever she wakes up she has to put on her mask again
