Ntombizodwa Sithole, known professionally as maSithole, is a multi-faceted artist whose heart beats with the rhythm of poetry. This storyteller, writer, translator, and social activist, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, has woven a path that began with a love for verse and blossomed into a captivating career. Originally from Dannhauser, KwaZulu-Natal, maSithole’s passion for language found its voice early on. Fueled by a dream to pursue poetry, maSithole arrived in Johannesburg in 2010. The city’s vibrant energy provided the perfect stage for her lyrical talents. She found a home at Alex FM, where she initially captivated audiences with her evocative poems on the “Qhakaza ezethu” program. This experience not only cemented her reputation as a poet but also ignited a passion for storytelling that would become a cornerstone of her artistic expression
